Six area high school football players will be participating in Saturday’s Michigan High School Football Coaches Association All-Star Game.

The game is scheduled for 4 p.m. at Bahlke Field at Alma College. The game pits the East vs. the West in the 32nd annual event.

Area players, all on the West roster, include Ben Millis from Oakridge, Juwon Lewis from Muskegon, Dakota Smith from Grand Haven, Boyd Meeker from Ludington, Jason Ribecky from Muskegon Catholic and Josh Hulka from Fruitport.

Millis is a 6-foot-4, 210-pound defensive lineman who is undecided on his college career.

Lewis, a quick 5-foot-11, 210-pound fullback will attend Eastern Michigan University in the fall.

Smith, also a fullback, is 5-foot-8, 180 pounds. He is heading to Northern Michigan University in the fall.

Meeker, a 6-foot-1, 180-pound defensive back will attend Grand Valley State University this fall.

Ribecky, a three-sport prep standout is heading to Muskegon Community College in the fall. He is a 6-foot-4, 215-pound tight end.

Hulka, from Fruitport, is a 6-foot-2, 275-pound lineman who will attend Saginaw Valley State University.

The head coach is Jerry Rabideau from Spring Lake.
