The area’s top high school senior baseball players will be competing in the Marsh Field All Star Classic on Tuesday night.
A committee will do its best to balance out the teams, which will be called the Green Giants and the Blue Bombers. The game is scheduled for seven innings and there will be no extra innings played in the event of a tie.
A pregame ceremony begins at 7:05 p.m. and the first pitch is scheduled for 7:30 p.m.
The cost is $5 for adults, $3 for senior citizens and $3 for students. Students under the age of 12 are free.
All proceeds from the game will benefit the Marsh Field Improvement Fund.
