Softball World will be hosting a pair of state tournaments the next two weekends.
The four-field facility, located at the corner of Mill Iron and Apple, will host the NSA Men’s Class C state tournament this weekend and the ASA Class E state tournament next weekend.
This weekend’s event includes 11 teams with play beginning at 8:30 a.m. Saturday. The finals are scheduled for about 6 p.m.
Koval Properties, with about half its roster being local players, will be vying for a state title.
Next weekend, the Class E championships will include 32 teams.
