Ashlee Taylor and Anna Carmean scored goals for the Muskegon Community College women’s soccer team in a 2-2 tie with host Kellogg on Saturday.
Taylor scored 15 minutes into the game, with an assist to Linsye Haan. Carmean’s goal was unassisted in the second half.
“MCC created quite a few scoring opportunities, but did not capitalize on them,” Jayhawk coach Joshua Watson said. Watson lauded the efforts of Savannah Swanson for her play in the midfield.
