Brandon Rowell leads Orchard View to rout of Fremont in Lakes 8 soccer

Brandon Rowell scored four goals and led the Orchard View Cardinals to a 9-1 Lakes 8 soccer victory over the Fremont Packers on Thursday.

Three of Rowell’s games came in the opening half, in which OV grabbed a 6-1 lead. Two of those goals came in the first 90 seconds of the game.

John Leonard, Jake Jett and Cameron Stafford also scored in the opening half. Carlos Nunez had two assists in the first half.

Besides Rowell’s second-half goal, OV also received goals from Nunez and Jeff Dixon.

Dylan Tyler made four saves in net for OV.
