Special teams helped Grand Haven earn a 21-11 OK Red Conference win over host Grandville on Friday.

The Bucs trailed 3-0 before Quinton Morley hauled in a 32-yard pass from Isaak Newhouse for a second-quarter touchdown for a 7-3 halftime lead.

In the third quarter, Wade Wilson returned a blocked punt 4 yards to put Grand Haven up 14-3.

Grandville got a safety and a touchdown pass to start the fourth quarter and cut the Bucs lead to 14-11.

But Newhouse put the game away, returning a punt 75 yards for a 21-11 lead.

Abe Westerman led Grand Haven with 21 carries for 78 yards and Aaron Gordon had 13 carries for 70. Newhouse led the Bucs defense with five tackles.
