Zach Gilson and Taylor McLaughlin scored goals on Friday in a 2-1 nonleague soccer victory over Holland Christian.
The Maroons scored first on a rebound goal by Tim Boetsma. Andrew Keizer drew the assist by taking the initial shot.
McLaughlin’s game-winning goal came with less than 10 minutes left in the game.
Both teams had eight shots on net. Trojan goalkeeper Loghan Stong made seven saves.
Fruitport moved to 10-6-2.
