Fruitport’s Aaron King qualified for the Division 2 state finals meet as an individual after finishing 12th overall at the Division 2 regional race at Allendale on Saturday.
King finished in a time 16:58.
Spring Lake placed seventh overall with a team score of 205 and Fruitport placed 10th with 242 points.
Grand Rapids Christian won the team regional title with 50 points.
The top three teams and top 15 individuals who are not members of a state finals qualifying team advance to the state finals meet at Michigan International Speedway in Brooklyn on Nov. 3.
