Rene Figuarora scored three goals and Sergio Jaramillo scored two to lead the Shelby Tigers to a 5-3 victory over Manistee in the opening soccer game in the Division 3 boys soccer tournament.
Shelby scored three goals in the second half to break a 2-all halftime deadlock.
Shelby will take on Ludington in Wednesday’s district semifinal. Ludington defeated Oakridge 9-1 in another district matchup.
