Talk about a showdown on the very first night of girls basketball.
Shelby, led by Tristen Moore and Sydney Czurak, defeated highly touted Ludington 42-30 on Tuesday night.
Moore finished with 18 points and eight rebounds. Czurak had 10 points, nine rebounds, six steals and five assists.
