Fruitport Calvary jumped out to a 27-4 first-quarter lead as they defeated host Kalamazoo Heritage Christian Academy 58-20 on Friday night.

The Eagles followed their big first quarter up with a 19-4 second quarter scoring advantage to take a 46-8 lead into halftime.

Taylor Richards led the Eagles, who improved to 4-0 on the season, with 17 points and 10 rebounds.

Allyson Richards scored 14 points and added 10 rebounds for FCC.

Hayley Mohr chipped in with 10 points, Elise Maine had five assists and Lauren Wilcox had five steals for the Eagles.
