The teams played to a 6-6 tie after one quarter, but Newaygo outscored Holton 37-20 over the final three quarters.
Katelyn Campbell led Newaygo with 14 points and Allison Morgan had 11 rebounds.
Payton Bearup scored seven points for Holton.
