Two solid middle quarters sparked the Fruitport Trojans to a Lakes 8 victory over Spring Lake in girls basketball action.
The Trojans outscored the Lakers 23-11 in the middle two quarters en route to a 42-32 victory.
Haylie Hanks scored nine points to lead Fruitport, followed by Jessica Erny and Francesca Cerniglia with eight points each.
