Holton topped Whitehall in a baseball doubleheader on Thursday. The Red Devils won the opener 6-2 and the nightcap 5-2.

Holton scored a pair of runs in the fourth inning and three in the fifth as Jacob Moreen led the way with three hits, including a double and two RBI.

Adam Wiegand and Aaron Poling each had a pair of hits for Holton.

In Game 2, Holton scored three runs in the first to give winning pitcher Hayden Cregg the early lead.

Moreen led Holton with a two hits.

Also, Holton coach Jim Giddings notched his 200th victory of his 11-year career on Thursday.
