Ludington faced Oakridge in a rematch of last year’s regional final when the Eagles came out on top.

The two teams played to a 0-0 tie on Thursday as neither team could break each other’s defense.

The Eagles controlled the first half, taking advantage of 50-50 balls and keeping the pressure on the Ludington defense.

Ludington’s Jacqulyn Lynch had several opportunities on through balls, but Oakridge’s Beka Shepherd and Hannah Jones were able to stop the attack.

Ludington outshot Oakridge 4-2 as goalie Molly Hallead posted the shutout for the Orioles.

Micki Wall had the shutout for Oakridge.
