Offense was not a problem in Fremont’s doubleheader against Ludington. The Packers won 16-4 in Game 1 and 10-2 in the closer.

Fremont was led by Blake Siersema with three hits and two RBI and Kaleb Housekamp with three hits and an RBI.

Christian Wade posted the win with eight strikeouts and gave up one hit, three earned runs and six walks.

Ryan Karns had Ludington’s lone hit.

In Game 2, Fremont scattered run in each inning except the second.

Luke Spotts had two hits and tow RBI and Housekamp had three hits and an RBI.

Wyatt Campbell pitched all seven innings and gave up nine hits, three earned runs and two walks.

Karns had four hits and two RBI to lead Ludington.
