Muskegon Community College shut down Lansing Community College on Wednesday in a 10-0 victory. The game was the second game of a doubleheader that previously was postponed due to rain.

Troy Stango pitched the complete game. He gave up three hits and struck out three.

MCC exploded for four runs in the fourth inning and five in the fifth.

Kory Brown, Patrick Giddings and Greg Chulski each had two hits for the Jayhawks. John Jackoviak added a pair of RBI.

MCC improves to 28-13 overall and 17-7 in league play. Lake Michigan College heads to Muskegon on Thursday at 2 p.m. for MCC’s final two games in the league.
