The Henderson Memorial Match Play starts today at the Lincoln Golf Club.
Lincoln golf pro Colby Beckstrom is enthusiastic about hosting the event.
“It’s the only real match-play event in town and we are excited to be the host,” said Beckstrom.
The Greater Muskegon Golf Association puts on the annual event and has looked to add a new angle by moving the Henderson to Lincoln Golf Club.
The 18-hole qualifier starts today with a shotgun start and concludes on Sunday.
