The Kent City volleyball team overcame a Game 1 loss Thursday night, charging back over the next three games to  defeat OK Silver Conference rival Kelloggsville Thursday night in four games.

The Eagles won 24-26, 25-16, 25-15, 25-18.

Brandi Boehm led the way for Kent City with 10 points and five aces, a block, and 12 kills, with Kayleigh Hartley finishing with 18 service points, five aces, and 15 assists, and Kassidy Heeringa contributing nine points and two aces, 12 assists and nine kills in the victory. Olivia Harrison and Kelsey Krueger both finished with nine service points, and Justine Wolter added 22 digs for Kent City.

The Eagles are now 9-3 overall.
