ALLENDALE – A day after taking its sixth-straight city title, the Mona Shores girls golf team won the OK Black title, finishing the conference jamboree season undefeated after winning the final league event Thursday at Grand Valley State University’s Meadows Golf Course.

The victorious Sailors finished 46 strokes ahead of second-place Reeths-Puffer.

Mona Shores’ Rylee George took Top Medalist honors, completing the front-9 in 46 strokes.

Not only did the Sailors win the league title, all five Sailor golfers earned a spot on various All-Conference teams. George, along with teammates Darian Smith and Kendall McKinley earned All-Conference First Team selections, while Andrea Majeski and Kennedy Potts were selected for the All-Conference Honorable Mention list.
