The Kent City Eagle volleyball team had its hands fall Thursday night, falling in three games to Northpointe Christian in non-league action.

The Mustangs took the match 25-12, 25-16, 25-23.

For Kent City, Kelsey Krueger finished with eight points, one ace and 12 digs, with teammate Justine Wolter totaling four points, one ace, five kills and 16 digs. Kayleigh Hartley had four points and five assists, while Brandi Boehm contributed three points, one ace, seven kills and one block.

Kassidy Heeringa added six assists and one block in the loss.

The Eagles’ record now stands at 16-5.
