BIG RAPIDS – The Pentwater boys cross country squad had a good showing Wednesday evening, finishing second overall at a West Michigan D League competition.
The Falcons were paced by Gabe McClellan (20:16), Alex Wagner (20:18), Michael Naughton (20:27), Sam Wagner (21:01), Nick Anscombe (22:00), Jake Quinn (28:51), and Jackson Sheets (29:28).
They it didn’t have enough runners to submit a team score, the Falcon girls team had two finishers, Verily McClellan (26:39) and Sophia Nyberg (29:28).
