The Mona Shores girls golf team started off its league slate in convincing fashion, winning the first OK Black Jamboree by 25 strokes.

Sailor golfer Rylee George took top honors, finishing the Par 36 course at Gracewil with a five-over 41. Teammate Darian Smith finished third with a 46, while Sailors Kennedy Potts (47) and Kendall McKinley (50) finished fourth and seventh, respectively.

Kenowa Hills with second with 209 strokes, Zeeland was third with 216 strokes and Reeths-Puffer was fourth with 220 strokes.
