Oakridge thumps Ravenna in girls basketball, 61-10

The Oakridge girls basketball team jumped out to a 20-0 lead after the first quarter and cruised to an easy 61-10 victory over Ravenna Friday in West Michigan Conference action.

The Eagles, who improved to 2-0 overall and 1-0 in the conference, also held the Bulldogs scoreless in the third quarter.

Hannah Reinhold paced the winners with 20 points and four steals. Morgan Giddings added 13 points and 10 rebounds while Cadence Chase had six points.

Courtney Schullo had six points for Ravenna, which dropped to 0-2 overall and 0-1 in the league.
