The host Fremont Packer boys basketball squad dispensed with non-league rival Holton (1-4) Wednesday night, rolling to its fourth-straight victory 68-27.

The Packers (5-2) led 22-8 after one and put the game away in the second behind a 25-5 run to lead 47-13 at the break.

Both teams cleared their respective benches in the fourth.

“All 12 (Fremont) players got good minutes,” said Fremont head coach Peter Zerfas, “with nine different players scoring and every player getting at least one rebound.

Senior guard Dylan Krim led Fremont with 22 points and seven assists, with senior center Blake Siersema flirting with a triple double for the second straight game with 12 points, 10 blocks and 7 rebounds.

Senor Daniel Geeting had 14 points for the Packers and Jacob Kaastra had another strong passing game with eight assists.

Holton was led by Cory Sukolowski with eight points, and junior teammate Tanner Fowler added six points in the loss.
