LSJ student video gives glimpse of girls basketball matchup between Orchard View and Ravenna

Area student and basketball enthusiast Tyler VanBeek followed his dad Jeff to Ravenna to watch the Bulldogs host Orchard View in girls basketball on Friday. Tyler recorded video while his dad reffed the matchup.

VanBeek assembled a nifty highlight reel of some of the action as Orchard View quickly took control of the game and won 65-19.

Jayshonna Blackshire led the Cardinals with 23 points, Daejia Hill added 16 while Precious Anderson had 13 points.

Ravenna was led by Madi Broton’s  eight points and Melissa McWatters’ five points.
