The Whitehall Viking girls had their way Thursday night over league rival Ravenna, recording three-straight quarters of 20-plus-point quarters en route to a 72-31 win over the Bulldogs.

The Vikings got an outstanding performance from junior forward Emily MacArthur, who banged home 26 points while dominating the boards with 15 rebounds. Senior guard Jenna Pesch poured in 18 points and also rounded up eight boards and nabbed two steals in the win.

Whitehall (3-3, 2-2) led 45-25 at the break, and 66-27 after three.

Ravenna was led by junior guard Melissa McWatters, with teammate Madeline Jazdzyk adding six points in the loss.
