A strong first half led to a victory for the Ludington girls to a 51-33 girls basketball win over Fremont in a Lakes 8 Conference game.
The Orioles were up 21-13 at halftime and 36-20 after three quarters of play.
Brandi Thomas led the Orioles with 10 points. Claire Flewelling added eight points. while Kalli Wahr, Brooke Schneider, and Kristen Reidenbach added six points each.
Reidenbach also had four assists and six rebounds in the victory.
The Packers were led by Hailey Lensky and Marissa Spickerman who each scored 13 points.
