The Sailors led 33-18 at halftime and pulled away by scoring 44 second-half points.
Marcus Tumblin led Mona Shores with 16 points, Logan Haugh added 12 and Adreon Billips scored 10 points.
Travis Grimm and Zack Garber both scored eight points to lead Fruitport.
