Mona Shores falls in opening game of Class A boys basketball districts

Mona Shores bowed out of the Class A boys district basketball tournament after falling to Kenowa Hills 50-45.

The Sailors fell behind early trailing 18-9 after one quarter and 28-24 at halftime.

Kenowa Hills outscored Mona Shores 22-21 in the second half.

Marcus Tumbln paced the Sailors with 22 points.
