Softball roundup 4/25: Hendrickson stars as North Muskegon pounds Orchard View; Grand Haven drops a pair

North Muskegon’s Katie Hendrickson put on a show Thursday, pitching a five-inning no-hitter and hitting a grand slam as the Norse downed Orchard View 12-0 in non-league softball action.

Hendrickson also had a solo homer and finished with five RBIs.

Anna Osbourn added three hits and two RBI while Mikayla Stone had two hits and three RBI for the Norse, who improved to 6-3 on the season.

Hudsonville 7-11, Grand Haven 6-1:  Kaylee Hartwell hit a single, triple, scored twice and had  two RBIs for Hudsonville in the opener. Kelly Zackrison and Lexi Agers both had two singles, a triple, and three RBIs for Hudsonville in the nightcap.
