Whitehall tops Mason County Central for WMC soccer win

Whitehall’s Sarah Schmiedeknecht scored a hat trick and Kelsey Gensler posted three assists and a goal as Whitehall cruised to a 6-0 WMC soccer win over Mason County Central on Thursday.

Schmiedeknecht scored the first three Viking goals with two in the first half and another early in the second. Kelsey Gensler assisted on two of the goals and Lauren Baustert helped on one.

Miranda Jacobs added a goal and an assist while Hanna Evans scored off a Samantha Huebler pass.
