The Reeths-Puffer Rockets traveled to Fremont to face the Packers Friday night and left with a 40-3 lopsided win.

After one quarter, Reeths-Puffer (2-0) led 13-3 and didn’t look back from there, leading 26-3 at halftime. By the end of three quarters the final score was reached.

Jordan Cooley led the Rockets with 196 yards rushing on 19 carries. Quarterback Jalen Cooley finished 1 of 2 for 13 yards with Deandre Oakes-Owens on the receiving end of the completion.

Deangelo Williams led the Rocket defense with 11 tackles including a sack and Oakes-Owens contributed three tackles with a sack.

Overall, Jordan Cooley accounted for three touchdowns while Nate Mccrary, Jalen Cooley, and Williams each contributed their own touchdowns for Reeths-Puffer.
