Montague quarterback Jacob Buchberger had a career game Friday, rushing for 346 yards and six touchdowns to lead the Wildcats to a 39-12 victory over Hart in a West Michigan Conference football tilt.

The Wildcats trailed 12-7 at halftime before taking command in the final two quarters.

Montague improved to 2-6 overall and 2-5 in the conference. Hart dropped to 1-7 and 1-6 in the league.

Freddy Oliveros paced Hart with 119 yards on 19 carries with one touchdown. Brady Tate added 113 yards on 21 carries and caught a 43-yard touchdown pass from Roberto Ramirez.
