The Kent City girls basketball team remained undefeated with a convincing 74-37 victory over previously unbeaten Holton Friday in Central States Activities Association action.

The Eagles (5-0 overall, 2-0 in the conference) benefitted from 13 triples, scored by six different players.

Katie Wildfong led Holton (4-1, 1-1) with 10 points.

Boys

Kent City 64 Holton 53 – The third quarter was the difference with Kent City (3-1, 2-0) outscoring Holton 30-10. Nick Alt had 30 points and seven steals for Kent City. Randy Thompson added 17 points for the Eagles. Aaron Poling had 18 points for the Red Devils (0-3, 0-2) while Jacob Tanner had 12 and Clay Mullins added 11.
