Defenseman Christian Wolanin was taken in the the fourth round (107th overall pick)  by the Ottawa Senators. Defenseman Joseph Cecconi was selected in the fifth round (133rd pick) by the Dallas Stars.

Two former Jacks were also chosen – forward Cooper Marody (sixth round, 158th) by the Philadelphia Flyers and forward Frederik Tiffels (sixth round) by the Pittsburgh Penguins.
