The Muskegon Clippers defeated the Holland Millers 4-0 on Wednesday night at Hope College.

Muskegon’s next game will be Monday July 6th at Marsh Field against the River City Rapids.

Clippers starting pitcher Nick Eely pitched a complete game shutout on Wednesday, allowing three hits and striking out eight batters.

Cameron Bair and Adrian Anderson each had three hits to lead the Clippers, who outhit the Millers 14-3.

Ryan Mergener knocked in two runs while Nick Holt and Connor Seymour each had one RBI.

Holland starting pitcher Rhett Holwerda took the loss, allowing two runs on 10 hits in seven innings.

Holland’s leadoff hitter Aaron Fadden had two of the three Miller hits.
