After a goalless first half, Mason Harloff wasted no time in finding the back of the net off a cross from Jake Swiftney to put Grand Haven up 1-0 in the first minute of the second half.

Unity Christian struck back tying the game with only 12:40 left to play. Grand Haven didn’t give up however, as Logan Dault found the back of the net to put the Buccaneers up 2-1 just three minutes later.

Drew VanAndel later added an insurance goal for Grand Haven to put the game away.

Grand Haven is now 2-1 on the season.
