The Whitehall Vikings used a dominating effort on Friday evening to open their season with a 41-0 victory over Wyoming Kelloggsville.LSJ Logo incert

Whitehall found themselves up 21-0 after the first half and carried on their strong effort through the second half.

Whitehall quarterback Zarren Aylor paced the offense with three passing touchdowns (5, 14, and 5 yards) on 7-of-14 passing for 50 yards. Aylor also added two rushing touchdowns of one yard and 38 yards  and finished with 90 yards on 14 carries.

Nolan Throne also found the end zone for the Vikings with an 82 yard rushing touchdown.

Jwan Britton paced the Vikings rushing offense with 113 yards on 22 carries, while Throne added a 100 yards on four carries.

The Viking defense was led by Tom Pickard who finished with five tackles, including one sack, while Chayce Swanson also added an interception.
