Tigers 2, White Sox 1 (10 innings) – Rajai Davis hit a game-winning triple in the 10th inning to give the Tigers an extra inning win over the Chicago White Sox on Tuesday night.

LSJ Logo incertThe Tiger pitchers (Daniel Norris, Buck Farmer, Ian Krol, Drew VerHagen and Neftali Feliz) combined for a no-hitter through 9 1/3 innings. The White Sox’ third basemen Tyler Saladino broke it up with a triple and scored the game-tying run to force extra innings.

Blaine Hardy picked up the victory for Detroit, pitching a hitless 10th inning.
