Ludington provided consistent pressure in the first half, including one shot off the crossbar, but were unable to find the back of the net.

Both teams would head into halftime scoreless.

In the second half the Crusaders would open the scoring with a goal from Manu Zambrano, who lofted the ball just over the reach of the Ludington keeper from thirty five yards out.

Peter Bartolameolli picked up the assist on the Zambrano goal.

With just under twenty minutes to play, the Crusaders added to their lead when Collin Powers found Evan Morse who found the back of the net.

Goalkeeper Conner O’Neil picked up the shutout victory for the Crusaders with 19 saves.
