Running back LaTommy Scott rushed for 102 yards and two touchdowns on eight carries and added an 85-yard kickoff return for a score to lead Muskegon Catholic (3-1, 3-0 Lakes 8). Fellow back Logan Helton added 79 yards and one touchdown on nine carries.

MCC Quarterback Christian Martinez was 1-for-2 passing for 25 yards and one touchdown, while adding 50 yards rushing and one touchdown on six carries. Savion Thompson caught one pass for a 25-yard score.

Jake Holt recorded nine tackles, including three for a loss, to lead the MCC defense, while Nate Jones added eight tackles and one interception. Mason Convertini added a 13-yard interception return for a score.

Cameron Ball led the Spring Lake (2-3, 1-2) offense with 39 yards rushing and one touchdown on 11 carries, while Drew Cather added 38 yards on 12 carries.

Sam Pranger recorded seven tackles to the lead the Spring Lake defense, while Griffin Lorimer and Tyler Murak each added four.

Muskegon Catholic Central travels to Fruitport (3-2, 3-0 Lakes 8) next Friday, while Spring Lake hosts Fremont (0-5, 0-3).
