With the win the Jayhawks are now tied for first place with Lansing CC and Kalamazoo Valley CC as each teams now have identical 4-1 conference records.

Leading MCC was Hannah DeBlois with 17 kills and Rachel Brown with 12 kills, one ace and two blocks.

Jane Kuipers had eight kills, Haley Koetje totaled seven kills and two digs and Lindsey Jacobs finished with 44 assists, three kills, eight digs and two blocks for MCC.

Marissa Hassevoort totaled 25 digs and one ace for the Jayhawks and Brooke Day had12 digs and two aces and Veronica Booth finished with 15 digs.

The Jayhawks are 9-10 on the season and return to action this weekend at the Raider Challenge in Grand Rapids as they face Mott CC and Alpena CC on Saturday followed by Cuyahoga CC and Oakland CC on Sunday.
