Ravenna, Whitehall soccer teams battle to a 1-1 tie

The Ravenna Bulldogs were able to hold steady against the Whitehall Vikings in a 1-1 tie on the soccer field on Tuesday.

Ravenna jumped out to a 1-0 lead in the 30^th minute when Mason Averill found the back of the net.

However, Whitehall tied the game up in the second half when Josh Gonzalez was assisted by Logan Diehm.

In total, Whitehall was able to outshoot Ravenna 16-3.

Whitehall is now 8-6-1 overall and 4-0-1 in conference play.
