WMC soccer can’t hang with Forest Hills Northern

The Western Michigan Christian soccer team dropped its second game of the season on Tuesday, falling to Forest Hills Northern, 5-2.

Reece Butrick also scored for the Warriors. The goal was assisted by Will Deur, who perfectly threaded the ball into the box for Butrick.

The Warriors fall to 2-2 on the season and will next play Covenant Christian on Thursday night in a rematch of last year’s Division 4 state semifinal.
