The Crusaders, now 3-2 on the season, trailed by five points at halftime, then used a 13-5 third quarter advantage to take control.

Isabelle Bertolone led the Crusaders with 18 points while Emily Rauch added six points and eight rebounds.

MONA SHORES 64, HOLLAND 16– Mona Shores improved to 4-0 with a dominating conference win over Holland. The Sailors’ defense kept their opponents in single figures in each quarter. Jordan Walker and Shamara Tumblin led the way for Mona Shores offensively with 13 points apiece. Alyza Winston was also in double figures with 11. Leading Holland was Hannah Wahmhoff with nine points.

NON-LEAGUE

COOPERSVILLE 58, FREMONT 31 – The Fremont girls fell to 2-3 on the season with a loss to Coopersville. The Packers were led by Bri Harris with nine points and eight steals. Leading Coopersville with 26 points was Sammie McCarthy.

FOREST HILLS CENTRAL 41, GRAND HAVEN 33 – The Buccaneers were led in a losing effort by Alli Keyser with 14 points while Lynn Olthof added nine points and nine rebounds.
