Kent City boys hoops scores comeback win, now eyes CSAA crown

Kent City dominated the third quarter, outscoring Carson City 17-3, propelling the Eagles to a big non-conference win over the Eagles on Tuesday, 51-41.lsj-fb-logo

Trailing 21-18 at the half, the Eagles locked down on defense in that pivotal third quarter and converted on offense. Five different players scored in the quarter for Kent City.
Leading the Eagles were Fraser Wilson  and Chase Freeland, who both had 12 points, while Austin Ford finished with 10.
Kent City now travels to Morley Stanwood on Friday to play in a Central State Activities Association Silver Division conference championship showdown.
