Mona Shores varsity girls basketball team clinched at least a share of the O-K Black Conference title with a dominating win over Zeeland East, 79-54.
The Sailors can win the title outright with a win over Reeths-Puffer, but a loss could result in a three-way tie with the Rockets and Muskegon.
Sailors’ senior guard Jordan Walker led the way with 29 points — including her 1,000th career point — as well as 13 rebounds, eight assists and four steals. Alyza Winston added 24 points for the Sailors.
The Chix were led by Sophie Riemersma with 21 points.
