Pistons 115, Kings 108 – The Pistons snapped their two-game losing streak, defeating the Sacramento Kings on Friday night.

LSJ Logo incertDetroit jumped out to a 39-25 lead after the first quarter, led to 67-54 at halftime and had an 87-83 advantage after three quarters.

The Pistons closed the game on a 28-25 fourth quarter run to hold on to the victory.

Marcus Morris paced the Pistons with 24 points while Kentavious Caldwell-Pope added 23. Reggie Jackson had a near triple-double with 19 points, nine assists and seven rebounds, while Andre Drummond chipped in with 14 points and 11 rebounds.

The Pistons are now 35-34 on the season, good for eighth place in the Eastern Conference. They are tied with the Chicago Bulls for the last playoff spot with 13 games remaining.

Detroit will continue its home stand against the Brooklyn Nets on Saturday night.
