Quinn Koomen picked up the win in game one for the Eagles, pitching five innings and striking out seven batters.

Colton Atwood paced the Eagles offensively with three runs scored.

The Panthers were led by Hunter Dickenson with two hits.

In Game 2 Kent City pitcher Luke O’Keefe pitched six innings, striking out 14 batters to pick up the win.

Luke Scheuneman led the Eagles with three hits and one RBI while Gage Balkema led the Panthers with a double and the lone RBI.

Kent City is now 2-0 on the season and in CSAA league play.
